Example briefMonsoon reading campaign for a Marathi children’s magazine · 3 weeks
- Strategist
Lead with a reader contest: parents submit a monsoon story their child wrote; the best ten run in the print edition.
- Audience critic
Parents of 8–12-year-olds are the buyers, but children are the readers. A contest asks parents to do work; ask children directly instead.
- Brand guardian
The brand book says every campaign must work in Marathi first. The proposed hashtag is English-only. Source: brand guidelines, p. 4
- Moderator
Keep the contest, open it to children, make the hashtag Marathi. Flag for the team: budget for printing ten extra pages.

How the panel works: 4 agents, 1 human decision
A strategist proposes, an audience critic and a brand guardian challenge it, and a moderator writes a verdict for the human team. Each agent has its own brief; the brand guardian may only argue from retrieved brand documents.
Grounding in brand documents
How documents are chunked, retrieved and cited, and how you stop the agents from inventing brand rules.

What broke
One real failure: what failed, how you found out, what you changed, what is still open.
